Just wanted to tell you that I really thought John was excellent. His work on the plumbing was a thing of beauty and I could tell that the attention to this one item was considerable.
I also want to compliment your staff on keeping me informed about the chimney crew and appreciate their help in verifying the items that I spoke to Janessa about earlier.
If the new home owners have other questions I know you all will take care of those.

I wanted to let you know what a great job Randy did. The shelves in the attic area are just what we wanted - only much better! Chuck was grinning about it. That's a great sign. The mirrors and picture were hung just fine. Randy was personable and considerate with our priorities. He worked effectively at being conscious of both time and materials. We're so pleased. Deck Repair in Marietta, GA
I called The Trusted Toolbox on a whim after seeing one of their vans in a Home Depot parking lot. I had a small but awkward deck repair that needed to be done and "deck repair" was listed right on the van. George came out to do an estimate a couple of days later and then I received it by email a couple of days after that. I have a lot of experience with contractors, subs and handymen and this is the first that truly impressed me. After watching the skill and efficiency he exhibited in repairing my deck, I got excited and started asking George what else on my lingering "to do" list he could do. And to my surprise--there wasn't anything he could not do! I called to schedule George for a full day and was very pleased with his work. Besides the deck repair, George has added holes to the steel frame of a Total Gym so that I could add an accessory I wanted to use that was not made for my particular model, replaced a broken baluster, replaced a section of base trim, repaired a broken recessed light, installed 30 knobs to new bathroom cabinets, installed a transformer and landscape lighting and even checked out a small leak I have on my ceiling. The Trusted Toolbox has been a pleasure to work with and, best of all, their pricing is reasonable.
Home Repairs in Duluth, GA
The Trusted Toolbox is well named. You have applied your engineering expertise and executive leadership experience to develop a model for a Handyman business that really addressed my concerns as a homeowner. When we heard that the pipes in our rental property were making a terrible noise, we felt our usual sense of dread about home repairs. Do we call the big plumbing company with their high prices or the small contractor who might be unskilled and unreliable? What will it cost? How much time will it take? Will they fix it right the first time? What harm might they do? How can we avoid being ripped off? When I called The Trusted Toolbox, I immediately felt better. I knew you would meet me at the property on time so I wouldn't have to waste the day. I was glad when you quickly identified the source of the noise. I was amazed and delighted when you corrected it with a slight turn of a screw! Of course, I realize that I might still have to replace the part at a later date but after a few weeks, the adjustment continues to hold. By calling The Trusted Toolbox, I received prompt service, an accurate diagnosis, and a quick fix! If I later need to replace the part, we will know that it is necessary. If I had called a plumber, I am certain that they would have replaced the part to cover the high cost of their service calls. What's worse is that we would have been relieved that nothing worse happened! I appreciate having your team help us maintain and repair our homes. I am pleased to endorse The Trusted Toolbox for homeowners like us who want a knowledgeable and trustworthy resource to ease the pain of home repair and maintenance. Thanks sparing us some of life's frustration!
Handyman services, Plumbing, Drywall in Alpharetta, GA
A plumber from another company came to my house on 2/20 to fix a burst pipe that was causing a leak in the kitchen. The plumber said that he wouldn't be able to fix it since he couldn't access the pipe, which was constricted and ran inside the wall of the house. He advised me to contact a handy man or contractor to take out the house siding from the back yard behind the kitchen, since he believed it would be easier to access the pipe from the outside than through the kitchen. So I contacted The Trusted Toolbox to come perform this job. Luckily they had a handyman performing a job at a house close by, and he stopped by late in the afternoon to see what the problem was. He returned the next day in the morning with the appropriate tools, and decided to access the pipe from the kitchen by making a small whole through dry wall. Trusted Toolbox also does minor plumbing jobs, so he just went ahead and replaced the damaged pipe. I was very glad because originally I thought the problem would take several days to get solved and possibly cost a lot of money (messing around with the house siding could be expensive). But Trusted Toolbox solved the problem in 1 day and for less than $300.
